Coolsculpting is the fat freezing revolution. It is not liposuction but really does have similar effects. Coolsculpting is the first and only treatment ever to be FDA approved for fat loss. This revolutionary procedure uses a precisely controlled cooling method called Cryolipolysis to target, cool, and eliminate fat cells without damage to neighbouring tissue.More about Coolsculpting Enquire Now

Soprano Laser Hair Removal uses IN-MOTION technology which allows heat to gradually build up in the hair follicle until it is destroyed this then significantly reduces hair growth. By delivering the heat gradually and constantly this form of laser hair removal is virtually pain free for most patients.More about Soprano Enquire Now
Traditional laser hair removal treatments could be a really painful experience and only able to treat lighter skinned patients and has been more challenging in darker skinned patients due to the risk of pigmentation disturbances. However, the Soprano XL uses its unique IN-MOTION technology which allows the laser energy to be delivered slowly thus reducing the risk of injuring the skin and therefore delivering a ‘virtually’ pain free treatment. This means that all skin types can be treated safely.
We were the first Clinic in Bristol to offer this treatment along with some of our other World Class treatments.
The laser is attracted to the pigment in hair which provides hair with colour this is called melanon. Once the laser hits its target the heat the laser light damages the hair follicle making it unable to produce any new growth. This does mean that in order for the laser treatment to be successful the treated hair needs to have some pigmentation making laser hair removal unsuitable for white, blonde or red hair.
The Soprano XL is approved by the FDA to treat all skin types. The treatment works best when patients have brown/black hairs. Most areas of the body can be treated; an assessment of individual suitability will be performed at the initial consultation.
A free of charge initial consultation can be arranged by calling the Clinic on 0117 3292027. A test patch will be performed at this appointment.
We will ask you to prepare for the treatment the night before by shaving the area to be treated, doing this makes the treatment more comfortable and prevents longer hairs irritating the skin. The area will be cleansed to ensure the skin is clear of any product, we will then grid the area with white pencil to ensure that it is thoroughly treated. A cool gel will be applied to the skin which allows the Soprano XL hand piece to glide smoothly over the skin. Once the treatment has been completed we will remove the gel your skin and apply soothing aloe vera gel.
After the treatment your skin may appear pink a feel warm. We would advise to keep the area cool and avoid any excessive exercise. Following the aftercare instructions your skin should return to normal within a few hours. Sun protection should be worn throughout the course of treatment.
For best results we have found a course of 8 treatments is required. A course of treatments is necessary because only the hair in the active growth stage will be treated and destroyed each treatment. Subsequent sessions are required to ensure that the hairs are captured within the correct phase of the growth cycle.
Different areas of the body respond at different rates for example hair growth cycles quicker than on the face so at the beginning of a facial hair treatment course we would treat every 4-6 weeks, this time between treatments can increase as hair growth slows down. On the body the hair growth cycle is slower so we would begin with treatments every 6-8 weeks again increasing as hair growth slowed.
Price depends on the size of the treatment area- please call 0117 3292027 for further details or download our Soprano pricelist.
